Thank you for considering Teen Challenge of Missouri Boarding
Academy Boarding Academy for this very important time in your
child’s life. All of the necessary paperwork for application
and enrollment into the program are available here. All documents
must be filled out honestly and completely in order for your
child to be enrolled in the Teen Challenge of Missouri Boarding
Academy program.
Enrolling a new student is done on a first come first serve
basis. From the time of the initial phone interview to receiving
your application, we may receive other completed applications,
which could possibly affect your enrollment date. You must
call weekly once you begin the process of enrollment for an
update on your child’s status.
In order to make the application and induction process as
easy as possible, we have listed a few simple steps that will
help guide you in the application process. Teen Challenge
is here to help you begin the process of dealing with life
controlling problems.
Step 1: Download Admissions Information
Step 2: Fill out Application
Fill out the application and carefully read through all the
information provided.
Step 3: Physical Exam
All students must have a complete physical prior to entering
the program (a current physical - within twelve (12) weeks
of enrollment - would be acceptable). A complete physical
must include the following:

Step 4: Dental
Have all necessary dental work done prior to the entrance
date. Once enrolled, Teen Challenge of Missouri Boarding Academy
will arrange dental appointments for emergency cases only.
Step 5: Eye Exam
Have eye examinations done prior to enrollment. Teen Challenge
of Missouri Boarding Academy does not take students for eye
exams; they must be done before entering the program or on
pass.
Step 6: Academics
Please contact the school your child currently attends prior
to
enrollment with Teen Challenge of Missouri Boarding Academy
and withdraw him/her from that school. Let the school officials
know that your
son/daughter will be placed in a private school and Teen Challenge
of
Missouri Boarding Academy will contact them soon for the records.
Step 7: Financing

Behavioral Health Financing is a loan company specializing
in
facilities like TCMBA. Please click here and check out these

Step 8: Plege of Support
Many times family and friends like to help during trying times. We accept financial support from family and friends for the cost of tuition for your child. This can be done by using our Pledge of Support Form. Just print out and complete the form with your family member or friend and mail it to our office.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Potential students should not know the name or location of
the program in advance of placement. We recommend you tell
your child he is being enrolled in a private Christian Boarding
School. Students must know they’re being enrolled at
least 24 hours before intake and also be aware that the program
is a minimum 15 months. We will not accept students who have
not been properly informed. |
